This audio sounds like it's been kicked around abit, but you should be able to enjoy it, especially when Bing's guest is Al Jolson, who that at that time had been voted the best entertainer of the first half of the 20th Century. I know boys and girls it's hard to believe, but we all know Bing wasn't too shabby himself. Of course some guy by the name of Elvis Presley kicked butt on everyone...but that's another christmas story for another time. The Quiz Kids ChristmasMarch 05, 2007 08:47 AM PST
Hey boys and girls are you smart? Do you study to make sure you get good grades? Well Mrs.Claus and myself always check our lists to make sure not only are you good but that you're doing well at school too. Listen to these kids as they prove that studying is important. Oh it's been cold these days for Mrs.Claus and I and we love nothing better than cozing up with the other elves and listening to our favorite christmas shows. Well, this one is a special program. It tells of the story of the child in the manger. Without him, there wouldn't be me, nor my elves for that matter. However, this radio show was part of a great series that ran for 20 years on both NBC & CBS. Damon Runyon Christmas ShowJanuary 13, 2007 08:31 PM PST

Yes, one more day of posting and then I'll return for Dec.30th to post some New Year's Eve programming. However, having said that, Mrs.Claus and I want to wish you all the very best of the holidays no matter where you are in the world. The Wizard Of Oz December 21, 2006 08:55 AM PST
Well boys and girls this isn't really a christmas show, but it sure is a wonderful children's holiday classic. It was a rare combination of youthful exhuberance and curiosity that makes this story so interesting to listen to. The talent of Judy Garland is here and her rendition of "Over The Rainbow." So sit back and relax and enjoy this very familiar show and remember "there's no place like home." Frank & Bing Sing CarolsDecember 21, 2006 08:50 AM PST

The words mystery and christmas don't always fall into the same sentence just like "hand me that piano" isn't a common phrase one would say. However, in this show, they do come together to showcase a true christmas mystery in the story called "the gift." What would christmas be without some sort of misty veil put upon the essence of the holidays. So sit back and enjoy a cup of mystery to go with your tinsel. Six Shooter Christmas December 13, 2006 09:00 AM PST
One of the beloved actors of our time was Jimmy Stewart. His voice and mannerisms live on in movies and on old radio shows. Here he did a western for one full year as Britt Ponset on the program Six Shooter. We all remember him as George Bailey, well here he is again in another christmas classic, only this time it's on radio. MrsClaus has always said to me, if I wasn't who I was, she would have wanted to marry James Stewart. (that's why I have her baking in the kitchen so she won't hear this.)
